How It Works — Step by Step

Order Your Sticker Pack
Go to the Stickers tab and order a pack of 20 branded QR stickers. They'll be posted to you within 3–5 working days. Each sticker has a unique code pre-printed on it.

Stick It On the Boiler
After completing a job, peel a sticker and stick it on the boiler — inside the casing, on the front panel, anywhere visible. Takes 5 seconds.

Register It in the App
Go to the Register tab, enter the sticker code, fill in the boiler details — make, model, address, service date. The customer's passport page goes live instantly.

Customer Scans to Book You
Any time the customer needs a service, repair or quote — they point their phone camera at the sticker. No app needed. They see your details, the boiler history and a Book This Engineer button.

You Get the Booking
You receive an email with the customer's name, phone, job type and urgency. The booking also appears in your Bookings tab. Call them directly to confirm.

Log Every Visit
After each job, use the Log Visit tab to record what was done. This builds the boiler's full service history — visible to the customer every time they scan.
