👤 Your Details

First time: Fill in your name, Gas Safe number, phone and email then tap Save My Details. From that point on, they auto-fill every time you open this page — you never need to type them again. If you need to update them, just change the fields and hit Save again.

🔍 Searching for a Customer

Type any part of a customer's name, address or postcode in the search box. Customers saved in your Customer Hub will appear in the dropdown — tap one to fill in their details instantly. For a new customer you've never saved before, just fill in the fields manually.

⚡ Quick Add Buttons

The Common Jobs and Common Parts buttons add a line item with the description already filled in — just enter your price. You can add as many line items as you need and remove any with the Remove button.

🧮 VAT

VAT is set to 20% by default. If you're not VAT registered, set it to 0% and no VAT will be added or shown on the invoice. The total updates automatically as you type.

🏦 Bank Details & Terms

Enter your bank details and terms & conditions once, then tap Save Payment & Terms. They auto-fill every time you open this page and print clearly on every invoice so the customer knows exactly how to pay and what your terms are.

📄 Generating the Invoice

• Click Generate Invoice when everything is filled in.
• A professional PDF downloads automatically to your device.
• The PDF includes your details, customer details, all line items, VAT breakdown, total, bank details and your terms.
• You can email or WhatsApp the PDF directly to the customer from your phone.

🖼 Company Logo

You can upload your company logo and it will appear on the invoice. The logo is saved in your browser so it reloads automatically next time.
