Essential Safety Information for Gas Safe Engineers
1. The situation is as a result of the design, construction, manner of installation, modification or incorrect servicing of the fitting (often referred to as poor workmanship/design), AND
2. It is dangerous to such an extent it is likely to, or has caused: death, unconsciousness, taking to hospital of a person.
